Satisfaction Guarantee

Continental Cookies guarantees that all our products are made from the from the highest quality ingredients. Our goal is to constantly achieve 100% customer satisfaction every day. If you are not satisfied with our product, please follow the policies below for a refund or call us at 800-881-5446 for more information.

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed

  • However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel
  • The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled

  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellation by the Customer

Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel the Order

  • On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us
  • We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us
  • In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.

Damaged / Defective

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 5 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner
  • Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
  • In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item if the shipping was charged.

Returns at our office

  • You may contact our Customer Care within 5 days of having received the product and request a return/exchange
  • The products can be returned at our office.
  • Return could be made my shipping it to our office address along with the original invoice.
  • We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.

Refunds

  • We will refund the money the way the payment was made
  • If the payment was by Credit Card, we will refund the Credit Card account
  • If the payment mode was check, we will send you a check
  • Checks will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
  • The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by check, it may take a few extra days for the check to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the check.
  • Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or lease personal information about you to any outside third-parties for their marketing use. We will release information about you if you direct us to do so, if we are required by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances (for example, to protect your account from fraud).
